Expressivo Club Wallet and Stars: Costs Explained for Parents

Planning a workshop should not mean guessing how payment works. The Expressivo Club Wallet is a prepaid balance for workshops and eligible activities, while Stars are a separate rewards system. The Club welcomes existing and new families, but regular lessons are excluded. Understanding these differences helps you decide whether a wallet suits your family's plans.

What does Expressivo Club membership cost?

There are four prepaid wallet values: Prelude at RM250, Ensemble at RM500, Crescendo at RM800 and Virtuoso at RM1,200. These amounts are wallet credit, not monthly subscription fees. They are also not an unlimited pass covering every activity.

The amount you spend depends on the eligible activities you book and their fees. Before deciding on a tier, ask the team about the fees for workshops your child would like to attend. You can compare the options on the Club membership section and explore upcoming Club activities.

How wallet spending works

Your wallet holds prepaid credit that can be used for eligible activities. Booking an activity reduces that balance; it does not turn the wallet into a subscription or include regular lessons.

For example, a wallet containing RM250 would have RM170 remaining after an eligible activity costing RM80 was deducted. This is an illustration only: RM80 is not a published workshop fee. Ask our team for your chosen activity's price.

Top-ups are available only at the listed tiers: RM250, RM500, RM800 or RM1,200. Do not assume you can add any smaller or custom amount.

Stars are separate from your wallet balance

The earning guide is RM2 = 1 Star for eligible purchases. Ask the team which purchases qualify and when Stars are awarded. Stars are reward points, not additional money in your wallet.

The launch offer includes 100 Stars. The listed rewards are 100 Stars for RM5 off, 200 for RM10 off, 400 for RM20 off, 600 for 50% off and 1,000 for a free workshop. Confirm eligibility before relying on a reward: not every workshop necessarily qualifies, and Stars should not be assumed to work as cash payment.

When your wallet and Stars expire

Your wallet is valid for 12 months from your latest top-up. A further top-up extends its validity for another 12 months. Stars remain valid while the wallet is active and expire when the wallet expires unless it is renewed.

An expired wallet may be reactivated for a RM50 fee, with eligible remaining wallet credit preserved upon reactivation. Check with the team about eligibility rather than assuming every expired balance can be restored.

What happens if you cancel?

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the activity, the wallet credit is returned. With less than 48 hours' notice, there is no refund. This is a return of wallet credit, not a promise of a cash refund, so check your family's schedule before booking.

What do Crescendo and Virtuoso add?

Crescendo includes 5% off selected workshops and events, early access to selected workshops, family/friend sharing (up to two) and reserved seating for in-house recitals. Virtuoso includes 10% off selected workshops and events, early access to selected workshops, family/friend sharing (up to four) and VIP seating for in-house recitals.

The discounts exclude external experiences and concert trips. Wallet balances are non-transferable: an activity-sharing benefit is not permission to transfer the balance to someone else. Ask how sharing and recital arrangements apply to your booking.

Choose around your family's actual plans

A larger wallet is not automatically the best choice. Consider the activities you expect to attend, their confirmed fees and whether you can use the credit within its validity period.
